1- We aim for a state of institutions, not a hybrid, fragmented, or incomplete state

3- Through constitutional and legal Syrian national institutions that are not dependent on private internal agendas or foreign agendas.

4. By making all Syrian citizens equal in rights

and duties before the institutions of the “state” for all groups, religions, and sects

and their nationalities and differences.

5- Sustainable stability in Syria through institutionalization, and the concept of the “state” should not be associated with an inspirational leader or a single party.

6. Empowering the public’s right to access political information and monitoring
