The Syrian Future Movement (SFM) congratulates our people on the anniversary of the founding of the Syrian Army as a national institution, on the first day of August 1946, when the Syrian and Lebanese governments at that time took over the administration of the military institution from the French occupation authorities.
The Syrian Future Movement (SFM) considers today that the military institution in Syria is hijacked by an oppressive coup family, like other state institutions, which truly belong to the people to serve and protect them.
The Syrian Future Movement (SFM) looks forward to the day when we all, as Syrians, celebrate united around our institutions, especially the military institution with its national depth and strategic dimension, making it the army of Syria, not the army of the Assad regime!
