We want the country to have a real parliament, an independent parliament, which is responsible for drawing up legal legislation (as a binding shura) and is elected in a free and transparent manner within mechanisms that are carefully studied.
We believe that one of the most important pillars of the new political system is building a strong and independent judicial system that promotes the rule of law and protects individual rights and freedoms through the establishment of a higher judicial council that assumes the judicial authority, interacts with the legislative and executive authorities and serves as a link between them, provided that it is not subject to internal or external dictates or security pressures that derail it from its proper content.
We believe that it is necessary to establish a higher oversight and accounting body or council to oversee and monitor the various public and private sectors in the country.
