Podcast Syrian Future Movement (24): The Civil State from the Current’s Perspective

1- It is the one that has no coercive guardianship by any authoritarian group,
whether military, religious or even nationalist!
2- We see the need to agree on the spirit of the secular state, based on respecting
the specificity of our Syrian experience, the composition of our people, and their culture.
3- We call for the secular state in which the popular will is elevated to be
the master in governance, administration and management.
4- The secular state is based on constitutional legitimacy, through the optional contract, and the popular mandate, without any authoritarian guidance, or beneficiary filling.

5- The secular state is based on the sovereignty of the popular will, represented by the constitution to include everyone, to be governed by everyone, to serve the whole society, not just a limited group

6- The secular state (contractual), so it must guarantee the rights of
its people and those who live on its land.
