The Syrian Future Movement (SFM) Grants Certificates of Completion for the “Art of Leadership” Training
The Syrian Future Movement (SFM) granted certificates to those who completed the training, which totaled 18 hours distributed over six days in July 2024 in the Syrian city of A‘azaz, covering specific topics:
- The concept of leadership and the leader
- Effective leadership
- The difference between leadership, presidency, and management
- Traits of an effective leader
- Leadership theories
- Formal and informal leadership
- Leadership models
The training was conducted by the trainer, Mr. Khaled Nahl.
The scientific office of the Syrian Future Movement (SFM) continues to conduct trainings and scientific support activities in various fields, aiming to empower the youth and equip them with the necessary skills for leading institutions.
