From the memory of the Syrian revolution: 28/09/2011

On this day in 2011: Dozens of Turks and Syrians living in Turkey organized a demonstration in Taksim Square, central Istanbul, to denounce the ‘criminal practices’ of the Syrian regime. The protesters chanted slogans calling for the overthrow of the regime in Syria and warned Assad that his fate would be similar to that of Colonel Gaddafi.
