On this day in 2014: Several military factions announced their agreement to form the “Revolutionary Command Council in Syria” as part of the “Wa’tasimu” initiative. These factions included “Syria Revolutionaries Front, Hazzm Movement, Haqq Front, 13th Division, Ansar Brigades, Islamic Union of the Soldiers of the Levant, and Sham Legion.”
