The status of the state by the rights it guarantees to the people, the freedoms it provides, the freedoms it promotes, the security and sustainable stability, comprehensive development, and the involvement of all
national forces in the decision-making of its present and future.
The state, with its strong and effective institutions, and the public interests it achieves, the constitution
is above all, the law applies to all, human rights are protected, the practice of democracy is guaranteed and available, and political and social participation is the right of all.
We reject the destruction of the structure of the state through attempts to dismantle or divide it, or to cede any inch of its land, or to compromise its sovereignty, or to subordinate it or parts of it to any external powers or entities.
The truth of the victory of the Syrian revolution is in the rapid recovery, to build a strong, free, independent and unified state.
