The Syrian Future Movement (SFM) completes training in communication and interaction.
The Syrian Future Movement (SFM) completed a new training titled “The Art of Communication and Interaction” in the seventh month of 2024.
☆ The training targeted a number of teachers and university students, totaling 20 male and female trainees, with an average of 17 training hours distributed over 5 days.
☆ The purpose and goal of launching the training: to build the capacities of Syrian youth in the field of communication with others, to acquire proper communication methods, and to strengthen social relationships.
☆ Type of training: Physical, as the trainees were present at the headquarters of the Syrian Future Movement (SFM) in the city of A’azaz, north of Aleppo, and learned about communication and interaction skills.
☆ The training progressed to the point where the trainee could pose a set of questions to others, through which they could understand the types of questions and distinguish between open, closed, and directed questions.
The training concluded on the fifth day, having achieved its objectives by conducting an evaluation of the training in terms of:

The results were positive, and they expressed that the evaluation method was highly professional, as each trainee wrote their evaluation on a form that included the positives and negatives of the training and the challenges it faced.
