With notable participation, the Syrian Future Movement and its staff attended the funeral procession of Major General Mohammed Fares.
A convoy of cars, decorated with the flags of the Syrian revolution, started from Sajjo roundabout towards the Clock roundabout in Azaz city.
Then, people disembarked to proceed on foot to the Martyrs’ Cemetery, midway between the Clock roundabout and the Castle roundabout (in front of Sakina Mosque).
The funeral prayer was performed for him in the square in front of the Martyrs’ Cemetery.
It is noteworthy that Syrians inside the country were experiencing a state of sadness over his departure and death, as well as happiness because his final resting place was Syrian soil, where his grave and pure body now lie.
May God have mercy on Major General Mohammed Fares and compensate Syria well for his loss.
