On this day in 2013, the Lebanese judiciary issued an in-absentia arrest warrant against the Syrian General “Ali Mamlouk”. This was in connection to the transportation of explosives from Syria to Lebanon using the vehicle of the former Lebanese Minister “Michel Samaha”.
