A time of humiliation and shame

At the end of 2023 and the beginning of 2024, we are witnessing events taking place on the land of Arab Palestine in Gaza, proving that the Arab nation (currently) is a nation of humiliation and shame, led by its officials who have betrayed the trust of responsibility for their people.

Perhaps the leadership of each Arab country is directly responsible for its own people, political entity, borders, and security, and not for the safety of another country or people.
Yes, we understand this in light of the circumstances of different nation-states, but there is a question about the shared belonging of a group of peoples: do shared linguistic, historical, and ideological roots have any repercussions or effects?
The answer, without a doubt, is that those who possess a common language, history, bonds, and interests require those who share them to take positions that go beyond the purely national context, which is closed off to itself, and push them toward embracing and supporting those with whom they share common roots.

First, we say that what we see today, the isolation of Arab governments regarding what is happening in Palestine, portends that existing Arab entities will be shattered, fragmented, and divided without resistance. The thrones of many nations will dissipate in a dramatic manner that was not anticipated, because the shared structure of these nations with their counterparts is extremely fragile, as the events in Palestine and Gaza demonstrated.

To clarify further, the bond of religious brotherhood, which is supposed to be the strongest bond, has proven to be extremely weak under the structure of the regimes ruling these countries. This appears to be a natural outcome, because the bond of brotherhood has not been consistent with political logic for a long time, but rather is limited to the external aspects of a group of peoples who have embraced Islam.

Finally, our deepest condolences go to our people in Gaza, whose pride has proven to us and to all the world living on earth that humanity will be at the lowest of the low unless it is governed by noble morals and the belief that the universe has a Creator and Controller who will record our deeds and hold us accountable for them.

The Israeli machine of destruction and killing will continue its aggression and crimes in light of this subservience, humiliation, and shame that has characterized the leadership of the Arab and Islamic region.

Oh God, bear witness that the Arab and Muslim peoples, and the rest of the peoples of the world, are groaning in pain from this imminent calamity that is afflicting our people in Gaza, Rafah, Palestine, these days.
