The closure of the Bab al-Hawa border crossing is a humanitarian and ethical issue that predicts a real disaster in northern Syria, as it deprives over 4 million Syrians in need from receiving humanitarian, medical, and relief assistance. This comes amid an increasing number of people in need due to the policy of deporting Syrians from Turkey, with a lack of income sources, service institutions, and a collapsing basic infrastructure.

The Syrian Future Movement calls on the international community to find sustainable solutions to deliver humanitarian and medical aid, in order to prevent further escalation of social conditions that could lead to additional collapse of the nation and its citizens there.
