My brothers and sisters:
Our life is a brief journey, and the happiness in it is crafted by good morals and adherence to the teachings of kind religions.
Firstly, uphold honesty and trustworthiness, for they are the essence and foundation of interactions among people, and upon them, all success and prosperity are built.

Be generous in your morals, lovers of good, acting in and for it.

Respect your elders and give them your time and care, for they are the tree of life from which you have blossomed.

Prioritize the youth in your interests and time, for they are the hope of the nation and its future.

Let your religion and morals be the wings that elevate your country.

Adhere to what the heavenly religions have brought forth, and what you have learned from societal values, for in their commandments and teachings lie light and joy at all times and places.

And do not forget that religion is [also] how one treats others, so be the best in how you treat people, and the most upright in speech and action.

And remember that happiness lies in the purity of the heart and the integrity of intention. Enrich your hearts with faith, enlighten your minds with knowledge and understanding, and walk the path lovingly, cooperatively, and supportively, under the shadow of your beloved homelands.

And may God have mercy on the poet Ahmed Shawqi when he said:
The rectitude of your affairs leads back to morals,
So align yourself with morals and you shall be upright,
A soul from its goodness is in the best of health,
And a soul from its evils in a pasture of decay and ruin.
