Culture is considered a crucial element in shaping political institutions and social consciousness. The more specialized and evolved the culture, the more the state’s institutions are subject to research and development, and the farther the people are from superstition and lethargy. Thus, in the Syrian Future Movement, we regard it as a national constant to “assign roles to intellectuals, both male and female, in Syria for the elevation of Syrian society, innovating and creating in art, literature, theater, and all forms of media, anchored in Syria’s bright, extensive history that unites religions and nationalities in preserving national and humanitarian values and morals.”
