This includes achieving balance among various sectors and multiple productive projects ranging from agriculture, industry, animal production, energy, mining, petroleum and gas materials, water resources, maritime wealth, and advanced cost-saving irrigation methods. This is accompanied by encouragement for both domestic and foreign programmed and fortified investment.
It is essential to define: fiscal policy, monetary policy, trade policy, local and foreign investment, wage structure reform, unemployment issues, illiteracy, childhood, child labor, social justice (individual, family, community), orphans, people with special needs, youth, religious institutions (educational and charitable), places of worship, and so on.
