Training Completion: Arabic Language Level 1.
The Syrian Future Movement (SFM) launched a new training titled “Arabic Language Level 1” in September 2024.
☆ The training targeted a number of teachers and university students, with a total of 27 male and female trainees, consisting of 18 training hours spread over 5 days.
☆ The goal and purpose of launching the training: To build the capacities of Syrian youth in the field of the Arabic language, enabling them to acquire new vocabulary and meanings, and to enhance their ability to speak in a proper and correct manner.
☆ Type of training: Physical, where the trainees attended at the Syrian Future Movement office in the city of A‘azaz, North Aleppo, and were introduced to the following skills:
- Verbs (past, present, imperative)
- Particles similar to verbs
- The regular masculine plural and the regular feminine plural
- The dual form
- Hamzatu al-Wasl, Hamzatu al-Qat‘, and soft alif
☆ The training progressed to the point where the trainees could distinguish between verbs and had the ability to analyze the regular masculine plural, regular feminine plural, and dual form.
The training concluded at the end of the fifth day, successfully achieving its objectives. A survey was conducted among the trainees to evaluate the training: location, content, and instructor. The results were positive, with the trainees expressing that the evaluation process was professionally handled. Each trainee provided their feedback on an evaluation form that highlighted the positives and negatives of the training, as well as the challenges it faced.
