We are pained by the news of the martyrdom of 3 civilians, and the injury of 15 civilians including 4 children, some of whom are severely injured, in a preliminary toll of artillery shelling by the Syrian regime forces that targeted a popular market in the center of Idlib city last evening, Saturday, December 30.
