The project of the Authority will succeed and cannot be foiled by Zakur

First, I would like to thank the Scientific Office for their response in accepting my article that explains the viewpoint of one of the supporters of Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham regarding the joy of some people and their claims about the fall of the Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham project due to recent events. I had contacted several Syrian news and media sites but they refused to publish it.
The reason for publishing in your esteemed office is that we in Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham do not believe in exclusion but in Sharia-based controls. It is also an attempt by one of the elements of the Authority to publish its ideas outside its sites to inform the people of al-Sham about our stance, especially as we see Syrian media channels and all electronic sites trying to diminish our voice due to their hatred for the project of Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham before anything else.
The official I communicated with told me to emphasize that this article does not represent your viewpoint in the stream or its Scientific Office, and I also add that it does not represent the viewpoint of Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham. What represents it is only taken through the official identifiers and the legitimate spokespersons of the Authority. Thus, it can be considered the viewpoint of one of the activists in Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham or its elements or supporters of its jihadist revolutionary project.
I accept your condition of opening the door for a response to this article later by any writer provided that scientific, literary, and Sharia writing is respected.

Introduction:
Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham has undergone a unique jihadist experience in the Levant. Since its inception at the beginning of the Syrian revolution when it fought under the name (Al-Nusra Front for the People of the Levant), it has been engaged in various battles on all fronts. It confronted the Alawite regime militarily because it saw no desired outcome from peaceful action with the criminal sectarian agent regime. Then, with the dispute between it and the Islamic State, which I do not like to delve into as it began as a dispute between brothers of the same method and later ended with the State’s takfir of its brothers in Al-Nusra Front. Al-Nusra Front, which did not hide its Islamic project and pledged allegiance to the Emir of Al-Qaeda, Sheikh Ayman al-Zawahiri, may Allah accept him, then the Al-Nusra Front’s Shura Council chose to dissociate from Al-Qaeda and adopt the name (Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham) to limit its jihad to the Levant only, to lift the injustice from our Muslim people in the Levant, and to avoid alienating the world because of affiliation with Al-Qaeda, and due to the necessary need for jihadist Islamic action within the specificity of the Levant.

The Authority is Human:
Through the jihadist journey of Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham, the Authority has not considered itself a guardian of jihad, as evidenced by its participation with the Free Army factions and other Syrian groups, nor has it considered itself a guardian of Islam, as evidenced by its acceptance of various Sharia courts in its disputes with the factions.
Moreover, the Authority does not consider its leaders and soldiers as inspiring, sacred leaders, prophets, or infallible beings who do not make mistakes or have hypocrites and traitors among them. Hence, I go straight to the point and say:
The alleged dispute between the two wings of Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham, as some researchers claim, between the Eastern and Aleppo wing on one side and the Binnish wing, or between the Qahtani wing and Qutayba Binnish wing, is a false claim for several reasons:
1- Sheikh Abu Maria Al-Qahtani has been detained due to evidence found by the brothers in Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham linking him to the American-led international coalition, and he is still under investigation. We await the judiciary’s decision on this matter. If there were two factions, significant imbalance and conflict would have occurred within the components of Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham, especially with a prominent figure like Al-Qahtani! What about Abu Ahmad Zakur then?
If we say that Abu Ahmad Zakur, may God guide him, is a leader within the alleged Eastern and Aleppo wing, then why didn’t his wing move to support him? And why haven’t we seen splits within Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham? Can we not question this?

2- Recordings have proven that Abu Ahmad Zakur does not qualify to be a leader. He is a member whom the leadership of Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham tried to deal with, like other members, benefiting from his connections with other factions solely due to kinship and tribalism. This is his status in the organization, so where does the claim that he is a significant leader with his wing in Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham come from? If it is said that these photos are with Abu Muhammad al-Julani, everyone has photos with him, which is a credit to the leader, not a discredit.

3- Most Arab tribes apostatized, even though they were previously with the army of God’s Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him. So, why wouldn’t there be defections in party or political affiliations with others?!

4- Abu Ahmad Zakur failed to form any military block within Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham, nor could he rally a group with him, indicating his insignificance within the organization.

Conclusion:
Abu Ahmad Zakur has ended his future in jihadist and revolutionary work by spreading his alleged leaked conversations, which are yet to be confirmed. Even if true, they condemn Abu Ahmad Zakur as a disloyal person who will not be trusted or dealt with in the future, as he betrayed his companions.

Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham’s project is to support their Muslim brethren in the Levant against the Alawites, Shiites, and Crusaders. They strive to be strong and unified, knowing that conspiracies against Islam and Muslims will not end, which means they are on the right path as everyone targets them similarly.
Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham’s project was clear in Idlib and other areas under their control. Recently, the head of the Salvation Government displayed their work through complete security enforcement, with no criminal activities, drug trafficking, or theft of public or private money.
Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham’s project is evident through Idlib University entering significant international rankings due to its quality education.
Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham’s project is clear in continuing to mobilize and fight on the frontlines to protect northern Syria from Alawite control, allowing Sunnis to freely and dignifiedly practice their rituals and religion.
Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham’s project is clear in protecting the Druze and Christians, not harming them or allowing their oppression, as our project is to lift oppression, not to oppress!
Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham’s project is to merge with all jihadist factions, striving for this merger, which is beneficial for the people of the Levant.
Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham’s project purifies evil as a furnace purifies iron. Zakur’s or others’ departure will not shake Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham’s project, built on implementing God’s law and raising the banner of jihad, not on individuals. Thus, our allegiance is to God, not to His servants. Regardless of traitors or even mistaken ones among God’s servants, there is a whole generation raised on allegiance to God, and those who pledged to God will not perish or be destroyed.
Finally, I again thank the Syrian Future Stream and its Scientific Office for publishing this article, if it is indeed published.
“And God will surely support those who support Him. Indeed, God is Powerful, Exalted.”
