He works on enhancing organizational efficiency, preparing training programs to develop staff, and ensuring the effective implementation of organizational decisions.
The role of the Director and his staff is reflected in handling membership requests, studying them, and adhering to the movement's internal regulations. They also apply the general approach outlined through the movement’s documents, making them the conceptual framework for the movement as a whole.
