{"id":16799,"date":"2024-08-16T00:10:46","date_gmt":"2024-08-16T00:10:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sfuturem.org\/?p=16799"},"modified":"2024-09-03T13:18:20","modified_gmt":"2024-09-03T13:18:20","slug":"completion-training-08-16_2-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sfuturem.org\/en\/completion-training-24-08-16_2-en\/","title":{"rendered":"Completion of &#8220;Thinking Style&#8221; Training"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Type of Training:<\/strong> Physical, where the trainees were present at the Syrian Future Movement (SFM)\u2019s office in the city of A\u2018azaz, north of Aleppo, and were introduced to the following skills:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Independence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social Belonging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trial and Error<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Critical Thinking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-Awareness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Influence of External Factors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The training also evolved to enable the trainees to establish social relationships and solve any problem they encounter by following the steps learned during the training.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The training concluded at the end of the fifth day, achieving its goals through a survey of the trainees by evaluating the training on aspects such as the venue, scientific material, and the trainer. The results were positive, and the trainees expressed that the evaluation method was highly professional, as each trainee wrote their assessment on a form that outlined the positives and negatives of the training and the challenges it faced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex
