{"id":12459,"date":"2024-06-06T18:44:28","date_gmt":"2024-06-06T18:44:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sfuturem.org\/?p=12459"},"modified":"2024-09-03T14:07:40","modified_gmt":"2024-09-03T14:07:40","slug":"22-02-2021-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sfuturem.org\/en\/22-02-2021-en\/","title":{"rendered":"Informative Note: Million Signatures for the Revolutionary Decade"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful<br>Informative Note<br>Million Signatures for the Revolutionary Decade<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Introduction:<br>Ten years after the start of the Syrian revolution, reaching its tenth anniversary carrying various obstacles, the most significant is the lack of unity among Syrians on many issues in a unified civil revolutionary project that restores the revolution&#8217;s strength in the eyes of the public and influential international institutions, and before its real audience who participated in this revolution without organizational, ideological, or administrative boundaries for specific agendas.<br>Thus, the idea of organizing popular, legal, and media events to convey our voice, the voice of the free Syrian people, was born, emphasizing that the revolution and its goals and principles are still alive in our hearts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Who We Are:<br>We are not an organization, an agenda, nor a specific formation. We are a group of activists who began by proposing ideas to rejuvenate the revolution in our hearts and to deliver a single message to the international community and those who want to hijack our revolution\u2019s goals that we accept nothing less than the justice and freedom that were shouted out by the throats of the Syrian people.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administrative Structure:<br>Any activist or group of activists can work within this idea without restrictions or conditions other than achieving the main goal within a specific work program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How to Cooperate:<br>There are three committees:<br>\u25cf An administrative committee to organize events.<br>\u25cf A legal committee to draft legal memos.<br>\u25cf A legal and relations committee to deliver the memos to international bodies (the legal and rights committee is one joint committee).<br>\u25cf A media committee to activate the media content and direct it towards public opinion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working Method:<br>\u25cf There is a work plan.<br>\u25cf There is an implementation plan.<br>\u25cf There are tools for media and legal work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>1- General Program:<br>Coordination will work must not be adopted by any entity as it is a popular public event participated by all individuals and components of the free Syrian people.<br>2- No party flags or factional or regional flags are to be raised; the only flag is the flag of the free Syrian revolution fluttering above everyone.<br>3- The required slogans are those of the blessed Syrian revolution that demand the fall of the Assad regime, the prosecution of the regime&#8217;s gang, and the expulsion of the Russian and Iranian occupations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2- Framing Program:<br>1- Proposed Goals:<br>To stimulate and reignite the spark of the revolution within Syria.<br>To stimulate and mobilize the Syrian street in exile and refugee communities.<br>To reaffirm the principles of the revolution to the revolutionary institutions and use this movement as a supervisory material on the performance of the figures in opposition institutions.<br>To deliver the voice of the civil street and the masses to decision-making international community institutions, especially to the Human Rights Council scheduled to meet from February 22 to March 15.<br>To pressure the eight international rapporteurs through legal and rights-based communication and to pressure civil public opinion.<br>To notify friendly and guaranteeing countries about the importance of responding to the needs of the civil revolutionary street within Syria.<br>To send a message to the International Conference on the Reconstruction of Syria scheduled to be held on March 29-30.<br>To inform people of humanity and charitable work of the dire need to assist our people in displacement and informal camps.<br>To continue all forms of revolutionary, rights, and legal movements until the implementation of Resolution 2254 and the return of justice to Syria.<br>Campaign slogan:<br>(The model of the revolution continues until victory.)<br>The tools and means we will use:<br>Creating a YouTube channel dedicated to this campaign and making it reach the global trend by showcasing events and activities.<br>Hosting legal seminars broadcast on the YouTube channel and inviting Syrian, Arab, and foreign lawyers specialized in human rights and state jurisdiction courts.<br>Writing legal memos drafted by experts to be presented to the international rapporteurs of the Human Rights Council:<br>Special Rapporteur on extrajudicial killings.<br>Special Rapporteur on enforced disappearances.<br>Special Rapporteur on torture and the rights of detainees.<br>Special Rapporteur on genocide.<br>Special Rapporteur on the seizure of private property.<br>Special Rapporteur on refugees and forced displacement.<br>Writing explanatory memos to:<br>U.S. State Department representative for the Syrian file Amy Katorna.<br>European Union representative Eva Hrovina.<br>Representative of the Syria Reconstruction Conference.<br>UN representative Henderson.<br>Creating a specific hashtag and making it reach the global trend:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Revolution_Continues_For_Justice<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Contacting five television channels to provide them with all events.<br>3- Detailed Implementation
