changes.  <br>Activating the network of communication and liaison with all Syrian parties (ensuring that the Syrian decision remains Syrian and free) so that it is not subject to external dictates or internal tensions that make it lose its weight and take it away from the goal and purpose.  <br>Dialogue is the best way to achieve national reconciliation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote
