The Syrian Future Movement affirms that protecting coexistence and preserving religious and sectarian diversity in Syria are the cornerstones of stability during the transitional phase. It considers freedom of belief and the practice of religious rites to be sacred and inviolable sovereign rights, above all constitutional and legal considerations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Syrian Future Movement acknowledges that the Syrian Christian community is an integral and fundamental component of the country’s historical and cultural identity, and categorically rejects any attempts to displace this community or marginalize its political and social role in shaping the future of a free Syria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Syrian Future Movement calls upon all national forces and actors to transform shared religious occasions into platforms for building bridges of genuine national dialogue and removing the remnants left by the despotic regime that consistently sought to tear society apart and sow discord to ensure its survival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Syrian Future Movement emphasizes that transitional justice and holding accountable all those who have committed crimes against the Syrian people\u2014without discrimination\u2014are the only guarantee for establishing lasting peace.
