Accordingly, the former appointee shall not be entitled to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use the name of the Syrian Future Movement, or any of its offices, bodies, or branches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the Movement&#8217;s logo, visual identity, official seal, correspondence, identification cards, platforms, or any official materials belonging to the Movement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Represent the Movement, speak on its behalf, or claim any organizational, administrative, or media-related capacity associated with it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Issue statements, declarations, correspondence, or sign any documents in the name of the Movement or any of its offices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use, retain, or disclose any internal information, data, or documents belonging to the Movement in violation of its Bylaws or applicable decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Article Four<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The obligations relating to confidentiality, the protection of the Movement&#8217;s documents, and the safeguarding of its interests shall remain in effect after the termination of this appointment.
