This appointment is renewable as deemed necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>He is entrusted with the following duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>He will oversee the management and organization of the Medical Office, work to develop its organizational and administrative structure, monitor its operations and activities, and work to activate the office&#8217;s role in accordance with the Internal Regulations of the Syrian Future Movement and its humanitarian and developmental vision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>He will conduct the necessary consultations among the members of the Medical Office to select an assistant to the Director, in coordination with the Movement&#8217;s leadership, and submit appropriate proposals for approval according to established procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The head of the Medical Office proposes the formation of departments and committees as needed, and suggests appointing their heads, while informing the movement&#8217;s leadership. They are also responsible for preparing a work plan for the office, submitting weekly and monthly reports, and providing recommendations and proposals related to the office&#8217;s work to the movement&#8217;s leadership.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The head of the Medical Office is committed to continuous coordination with the movement&#8217;s leadership, staying informed about developments and programs relevant to the office&#8217;s work, expanding the base of medical personnel affiliated with the movement, and preparing health-related research, studies, and articles to achieve integration and cooperation among the movement&#8217;s main offices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The head of the Medical Office is committed to the provisions of the Syrian Future Movement&#8217;s internal regulations, and to the policies, directives, and decisions issued by the movement&#8217;s leadership and the Executive Committee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
