The Syrian Future Movement is following with great interest and appreciation the announcement issued by the Syrian Aviation Holding Company and the Syrian General Insurance Corporation, on Thursday, June 25, 2026, about the signing of the first aircraft risk reinsurance contract with international reinsurers from the British \u201cLloyds\u201d market, after a break that lasted more than 15 years.
The contract was signed in the capital, Damascus, under the patronage of the Minister of Finance, Muhammad Yusser Barneyah, in the presence of the CEO of the Syrian Aviation Holding Company, Anwar Akkad, and through the mediation of AIB.
