The Syrian Future Movement commends the adoption of electronic notification as a step towards a more efficient and transparent digital justice system. It highly appreciates the efforts of the Bar Association and the Court of Cassation in adopting these mechanisms to address the significant difficulties encountered with traditional notification procedures.
