The Syrian Future Movement affirms that the Christian presence in Syria is not merely a “minority,” but rather an integral and fundamental part of Syria’s historical and contemporary identity. The security, stability, and participation of Syrian Christians are a strategic necessity and an essential requirement for building the “Syria of the future”\u2014a democratic, civil state based on equal citizenship and the preservation of pluralism and freedom of worship as inherent rights that cannot be marginalized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
