The Movement affirmed that “the return of dismissed employees is an inherent right and a long-overdue act of justice that must encompass all ministries and public institutions without exception,” and stressed the necessity of transparency and speed in the procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Syrian Future Movement values \u200b\u200bthis positive development in the vital energy sector, a cornerstone of the national economy. It affirms that reintegrating these skilled individuals not only rectifies a historical injustice but also strengthens the state’s capacity to restore its productivity and meet the needs of the Syrian people during this critical reconstruction phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Syrian Future Movement calls for strengthening the political will to enact a comprehensive law for the reinstatement of all those dismissed during the revolution. This law should encompass the approximately 75,000 employees who were arbitrarily dismissed across various ministries and institutions (Education, Health, Transportation, Finance, Atomic Energy, and Civil Aviation), and should include a transparent and unified review mechanism via a national electronic platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Syrian Future Movement emphasizes the need to guarantee full compensation for the years of dismissal, including accrued wages, promotions, pension rights, and moral damages, with priority given to women and youth, who constitute a significant proportion of those affected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Syrian Future Movement calls for the formation of independent committees, under the auspices of civil society and international organizations, to monitor the process and ensure impartiality and non-politicization. It also calls for expediting the timeline for completing the procedures within six months and strengthening the role of civil society in on-the-ground monitoring to enhance transparency and public trust.
