This day affirms that the right to food is an inalienable, indivisible, and non-negotiable human right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Syrian Future Movement, which views the new Syria as a state of justice and dignity, views this day as a momentous national occasion, calling for reflection and responsibility. This day, in light of the devastation of agricultural infrastructure, the marginalization of rural communities, and the deprivation of millions of Syrians of the most basic necessities of life, most notably safe and adequate food, has been shaped by years of tyranny and war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We, in the Syrian Future Movement, believe that the construction of a modern Syria cannot be completed without consolidating food sovereignty and ensuring access to food for every citizen, free from corruption, monopoly, and politicization. We affirm that food security must be a pillar of national policies and the new social contract that unites Syrians based on the values \u200b\u200bof freedom, justice, and equality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
