This initiative transported a group of children with cancer from Homs to Al-Biruni Hospital in Damascus to receive the necessary tests and treatment free of charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Syrian Future Movement believes that this initiative, implemented on September 12, 2025, represents an honorable model of Arab and humanitarian solidarity amid the harsh conditions facing Syrians, especially in areas suffering from the collapse of the health system and the lack of vital medical specialties, most notably pediatric oncology. Twenty-six cases of children with cancer have been recorded, but health and logistical conditions have allowed the transfer of only 10 of them at this stage. The organizing authorities have provided transportation, accommodation, tests, and full treatment at no cost to the families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-syrian-future-movement-while-appreciating-this-noble-step-emphasizes-the-following\">The Syrian Future Movement, while appreciating this noble step, emphasizes the following:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The need to support and expand such initiatives to include the largest possible number of patients in all Syrian governorates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calling for the establishment of oncology treatment units in medically deprived cities, especially Homs, to ensure a minimum level of healthcare for children.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The importance of building an accurate national database for cancer patients in Syria to facilitate health planning and direct international support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demanding relevant parties at home and abroad to adopt a sustainable, humanitarian approach to supporting the Syrian healthcare sector, free from political tensions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The Syrian Future Movement extends its sincere thanks to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and all medical and humanitarian organizations that contributed to the success of this initiative.
