trust between the state and society.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The importance of these measures being accompanied by transparent mechanisms for accountability for violations, free from political selectivity and consolidating the principle of the rule of law, not its discretion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This diplomatic moment must be used to activate constitutional reform processes and initiate a comprehensive national dialogue that redefines the Syrian social contract on the basis of pluralism and equal citizenship.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Syrian Future Movement is closely monitoring these
