The Syrian Future Movement is closely following the decision issued by the Governor of Aleppo on Monday, July 7, 2025, rescinding previous circulars that had suspended the salaries of thousands of employees due to their participation in the Syrian revolution. We welcome this step as a partial correction of a long history of administrative injustice that has affected a broad segment of the Syrian people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Syrian Future Movement affirms that protecting the rights of those who participated in the Syrian revolution and exercised their legitimate right to political expression must be part of an integrated national process based on justice, consolidating state institutions, and ensuring the principle of equal citizenship.Reinstating dismissed employees is not a favor from anyone. Rather, it is a legal and moral duty that must be implemented within a transparent and fair framework that restores trust between citizens and public institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Syrian Future Movement, based on its principles of supporting the unity of the Syrian people, building honest civil institutions, and consolidating the values \u200b\u200bof the revolution, demands the following:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1.Establish an independent national body to address the issue of arbitrarily dismissed employees, ensuring full fairness, without selectivity or security classification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.Expand the decision to include all Syrian governorates, so that the files of all employees dismissed for their revolutionary stances are reviewed, without restricting the decision to a single governorate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.Expand the decision to include all government sectors, and review the files of those dismissed based on national positions, within a clear timeline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Integrate those dismissed into administrative and professional development programs that enhance the quality of.4 performance in public institutions and promote the principle of national competence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Link this step to a comprehensive reform process that includes transitional justice, holding accountable those involved in.5 arbitrary dismissal decisions, and restoring the relationship between the state and society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Syrian Future Movement believes that Syria’s future can only be built by empowering all its people, guaranteeing their rights without discrimination, and establishing civil institutions that respect the human being, his dignity, and his aspirations for freedom and justice.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
