to achieve freedom and seek stability in society.<br>2- It is not a divine or religious legislation, it is the solicitation of people&#8217;s choices by extrapolating the majority of them in a permanent process.<br>3- It prevents the tyranny of the minority over the majority, and gives the minority the opportunity and space to have a majority that qualifies it from ruling, by correcting its paths and plans, and attracting supporters and supporters.<br>4- It is a peaceful alternative to violence, to form public opinion, the ability to listen to other opinions, express opinions, and possess mechanisms of political and social organization.<br>5- It is the most advanced form of human development to organize freedom, control authorities, and keep away the specter of tyranny of all kinds.
