The Syrian Future Movement strongly condemns the attempts to deport the Syrian deserter soldier Ammar Al-Sayrafi, as he is a refugee facing the risk of persecution and torture if he returns to his country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Syrian Future Movement considers these actions a flagrant violation of international human rights law and fundamental humanitarian principles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Syrian Future Movement believes that the deportation of the Syrian deserter soldier Ammar Al-Sayrafi under these circumstances constitutes a direct threat to his life and safety, and violates the principle of non-refoulement, which prohibits the expulsion of any person to a country where they face the risk of torture or inhuman or degrading treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Syrian Future Movement calls on the relevant Lebanese authorities to reverse the deportation decision, provide the necessary protection for Ammar Al-Sayrafi, and ensure his basic human rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Syrian Future Movement urges the international community and human rights organizations to pressure the Lebanese authorities to stop these inhuman practices and prevent ongoing and future forced deportations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Syrian Future Movement specifically appeals to General Director of the Lebanese General Security, Major General Elias Al-Baysari, who is known for his respect for international principles and conventions, to intervene personally to stop the deportation decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Syrian Future Movement affirms that the protection of refugees is a shared responsibility of all nations, and that Lebanon, as a host country for a large number of Syrian refugees, bears a special responsibility in this regard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Syrian Future Movement demands the application of specific provisions in international human rights law, such as the Geneva Convention on Refugees and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, which prohibit torture and inhuman or degrading treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
