unity and components, and fitting into the new phase of Syria.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It prevents any form of military coups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It protects minorities, political opposition, women, and the oppressed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>He shall not be sectarian, sectarian, a champion of a sect, or hostile to religions and sects. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The
