\u2606 Objective and Purpose of Launching the Training: To build the capacities of Syrian youth in the field of (public speaking and attraction), and to acquire new skills in the field of delivering speeches, including the ability to pronounce letters professionally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2606 Type of Training: Physical, where trainees were present at the Syrian Future Movement (SFM) office in the city of A\u2018azaz, north of Aleppo, and were introduced to the following skills:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Selecting and using words.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Tone of voice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Body movement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Key words.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Linking phrases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
General meaning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
\u2606 The training progressed to the point where the trainee was able to stand in front of an audience and deliver a speech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The training concluded at the end of the fifth day and achieved its objectives. A survey of the trainees was conducted to evaluate the training in terms of: Location – Educational material – Trainer. The results were positive, and they expressed that the evaluation method was highly professional. Each trainee wrote their evaluation on a feedback form that highlighted the positives and negatives of the training, as well as the challenges it faced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
