of Deir ez-Zor, and the town of Al-Boleil on the western bank of the Euphrates River, where civilians were directly targeted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Syrian Future Movement (SFM) believes it is necessary to sound the alarm after the massacres in Azaz two days ago and today\u2019s massacre, both of which bring to mind the years of targeting civilians through moving retaliatory massacres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Syrian Future Movement (SFM) calls on all warring parties to refrain from targeting civilians and urges them to reach minimum conflict agreements that ensure their safety and protect them from any bloody and costly military escalation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Syrian Future Movement (SFM) demands a fair and impartial investigation and the prosecution of anyone proven to be
