The Syrian Future Movement (SFM) has completed a new training titled “The Art of Leadership” in the seventh month of 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2606 The training targeted a number of university students and specialists in counseling, totaling (20) male and female trainees, with an average of (18) training hours distributed over (6) days. \u2606 The goal and purpose of the training: To build the capacities of Syrian youth in the field of leadership and encourage them to be role models in community building. \u2606 Type of training: In-person, where the trainees gathered at the Syrian Future Movement (SFM) office in A\u2018azaz, north of Aleppo, and learned the following skills:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Traits of an effective leader<\/li>\n\n\n\n

The training concluded on the sixth day and achieved its objectives by conducting a survey of the trainees to evaluate the training based on the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scientific material<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Venue<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
