effective institutions, and the public interests it achieves, the constitution<br>is above all, the law applies to all, human rights are protected, the practice of democracy is guaranteed and available, and political and social participation is the right of all.       <br>We reject the destruction of the structure of the state through attempts to dismantle or divide it, or to cede any inch of its land, or to compromise its sovereignty, or to subordinate it or parts of it to any external powers or entities.   <br>The truth of the victory of the Syrian revolution is in the rapid recovery,
