In cooperation with White Fingertips, the “Communication Skills” training has been launched.

Training topics include:

• The concept of communication, its definition, and the difference between communication and connection.
• The fundamental elements and factors of communication.
• Levels of communication.
• The art of reaching minds.
• The impact of body language on the communication process.
• Barriers to effective communication.
• Reasons and means of resistance.
• Types of resistors.
• Skills for change in the communication process.
• Skills for successful remote communication.

With this, the Scientific Office of the Syrian Future Movement continues to provide scientific support training for the youth across various sectors and fields. The aim is to empower them and prepare them for the job market, equipping them with numerous skills that increase their chances of obtaining employment and a profession that makes them active and productive members of society, rather than just consumers.
