  3. We are committed to preserving the Syrian citizen’s right to the water resources of the Tigris and Euphrates rivers and to taking necessary measures to secure this right.
  4. We advocate for establishing sustainable good neighborly relations, strengthening ties, removing barriers, and resolving disputes to create balanced and sustainable regional security.
  5. We emphasize the importance of strategic technological and industrial development as a foundation for various industries and the importance of solar energy as an aid to national security.
