It is no longer a secret to anyone that the Syrian man has become imprisoned behind the bars of laws, psychologically, locally, internationally and regionally, to the point that he has become disconnected from his reality!
Logically, according to what we see from the political facts, if the “Commission” had been a good citizen and a good student at the United Nations and adhered to the law like the rest of the opposition entities, it is certain that it would not have succeeded in breaking the bars of tyranny and leading the Syrian popular movement towards achieving one of its most important goals! So the popular victory was the result of rebellion, not adherence to the law!
No reasonable person would deny that international resolutions on the Syrian issue are nothing more than media cries that have not been implemented over the past years, but have turned into a tool of political, popular and civilizational attrition! But after the popular movement wrested its freedom outside the scope of international law using the Commission’s actions, the political actor rushed to coordinate functionally with opposition forces that are politically frozen in the international political bank, and it seems according to the context that such steps aimed to surround the Syrian popular movement outside the fold of the political actor who seeks its selective law to enslave the people and not to free them!
Revolutionary Shame
I claim that it was a revolutionary shame and lack of political acumen for the National Coalition and its blocs to welcome the statement issued by the “Aqaba Conference”, whose eighth item stipulates the need to commit to combating terrorism without the conference specifying the exact parties concerned! It is well known to all that the new Syrian administration that led the popular movement during the liberation is included in the lists of terrorism! This welcome was the beginning of legislation to declare war on the popular movement or a dishonest attempt to blackmail the political rival who turned militarily and popularly against the government, the Syrian political opposition did not take into account the consequences of this welcome on the stability of the Syrian situation and the preservation of the lives of Syrians! Therefore, the National Coalition should have been brave and discerning and turned its attention to the popular interior and not to external forces against the popular movement! It should have demanded that the Syrian administration be removed from the terrorist designation, even at the cost of empowering it politically, as it was the first step to stop the pretexts and save the Syrian people, who are still being harvested by political actors under the pretext of terrorism!
It has become clear that international law was not created to do justice and save the weak, but to legitimize the behaviors of the dominant, so if you want to be legal in the world of politics, you have to create yourself outside the law to be part of the law and the political machine! Strangely, the National Coalition and its minions are the only ones who did not benefit from the international political and military realignment to expand its area and search for its place based on the subjectivity of the popular revolution and not from the interest of the states without excess or excess! But what seems to be the case is that he has been completely domesticated to the point that he is no longer able to realize the compass, the civilizational roadmap and his strengths! He still insists on being the world’s ambassador to the People’s Movement and not the People’s Movement’s ambassador to the world! Such irresponsible behaviors and the insistence of the political opposition abroad on not paying attention to the interior and taking advantage of external forces moves it from the political revolution to the struggle for employment in the presence of the external political actor!
Structuring the opposition
In a look at the history of the emergence of these entities, the idea becomes clear and we realize that since the outbreak of the Syrian popular movement, the international actor rushed to structure the Syrian opposition institutions of all levels and types in a way that makes them susceptible to political employment rather than political change and leading the popular movement and interacting with it to achieve the desired goal! All political, social and revolutionary figures were gathered within the framework of contradictory coalition political vessels that turned into arenas of attrition and internal conflict between contradictory ethnic and partisan forces, which made it easier for the actor states to control the political entities in a way that serves to perpetuate the conflict, empower tyranny and undermine society!
The international community was treating the Assad regime as the primary operating system for Syria. The structures of the opposition were more like an “antivirus” whose function is limited to preventing the penetration of the operational system by the popular flood, which, by the nature of the revolution, is close to organizing itself! The international actors began to legitimize the decision and undermine the organization of the popular movement by kidnapping national figures and placing them in political opposition entities that fancy their effectiveness on the political fronts and the truth is that they are being exploited, politicized and transformed into idle forces without realizing it!
It is clear that the international powers realize the danger of the interaction between the Syrian elites and the popular movement if it is outside the framework of the international political will, hence we understand the strategy of these powers in kidnapping the Syrian elites in parallel with the strategy of these internationally active powers to freeze the Syrian political eggs for a later stage, in order to use them at a time that suits the international political actor and not the Syrian social actor! This is what we observe today! This means that the international political forces disrupted thousands of national elites during the past period in order to perpetuate the conflict and prevent the establishment of a social political force with the Syrian political movement that leads to the overthrow of Assad and the establishment of a new cultural civilization based on realism and revolutionary social legitimacy rather than external or constitutional political legitimacy!
In the contemporary era, the human mind has been dominated by the scourge of political realism, which has turned into something akin to a disguised occupation or a safe social cage that imprisons behind its legal, political and cultural bars the will of the intellectual, scientist, elite, public, and social and intellectual leaders! This political realism means that the elites and the public believe in the inability to change and achieve political and social emancipation except within the framework of the approval of the autocrat himself!
The Scourge of Political Realism
It is no secret to anyone that the scourge of political realism, whose details are engineered by the autocrat, domesticates human, populist and elite will and behavior with a system of imported and prefabricated “legitimate” cultural and legal packages! These packages are responsible for supervising the engineering of the collective thinking and behavior of subjugated societies! Thus, we are in front of creating a political god project and millions of dervishes and slaves who praise the tyrant and the political criminal under the rituals of the ballot box! Not realizing that freedom is taken away and that a tyrant does not give freedom to a slave!
Strangely, after the revolutionaries of the popular movement liberated their country, the acculturators began to characterize the resulting social authority as a de facto authority that must be changed as soon as possible under the pretext that it is a negative authority that is internationally illegitimate! Because it did not follow the legal and democratic path to reach political power! There is no doubt that such calls are, on the surface, a positive civilizational call, but in reality they are a civilizational setback, social undermining, and irresponsible resistance to the impulse of human thought! Because the international political actor must reconcile with the will of societies, in submission to human freedom and the right to think collectively and live its civilization that stems from its intellectual movement and not from the intellectual movement organized by the political actor through the tools of repression and military, legal, media and educational tyranny! Therefore, the concept of de facto authority does not apply to the Syrian liberation forces, but to international powers with transnational political influence!
In the end, the new Syrian administration must realize that the revolutionary phase is not led by contradictory currents and needs a strategy of self-closure, but it must be confident that the national construction phase immediately following the victory of the revolution must start from the strategy of activating the revolutionary social legitimacy and conscious openness to technocrats, elites and the political periphery and fighting the idea of sectarian quotas under the pretext of reassuring the minority, in addition to the need to neutralize the political entities that have no weight in social reality and the outside seeks to turn them into a Trojan horse with the need to participate their hijacked elites without excluding anyone!
