From the memory of the Syrian revolution: 2011/08/19

On this day in 2011: Idlib province witnessed protests after Friday prayers and evening demonstrations during the “Friday of Victory Signs.” Protests took place in the city of Idlib and in towns such as Khan Sheikhoun, Binnish, and Saraqib. Most demonstrators raised the revolutionary flag and chanted “We want the regime to fall” and “The people want the fall of the regime.” They also chanted in English, “We want freedom,” and sang “Yalla, Bashar, leave.” They held a banner that read, “Our resistant army, Gaza is being bombed.”
