It is dedicated to developing studies and research to support the Movement’s political and strategic decisions. It focuses on analyzing national and international issues using a scientific methodology and oversees intellectual education and training, in addition to preparing specialized reports that contribute to shaping public policies and enhancing societal and intellectual awareness.

The role of the Director of the Scientific Office and its members is reflected in supervising the implementation of research and scientific plans, coordinating working teams to prepare studies and reports, and ensuring the quality of scientific and educational content. They also manage research partnerships, oversee the organization of seminars and intellectual events, and ensure that scientific output aligns with the Movement’s vision and strategic objectives.

The Scientific Office represents the intellectual core of the Movement, with a Research and Studies Department that brings together intellectual and cultural elites, whether affiliated with or allied to the Movement. Additionally, it includes a Capacity Building and Self-Development Department, which contributes to organizing training and educational courses.
