Training Completion: Effective Communication with Children.
☆ The training targeted a number of male and female university students, totaling (19) trainees, with an average of (20) training hours spread over (5) days.
☆ The goal and purpose of launching the training: to build the capacities of Syrian youth in the field of communication.
☆ Type of training: In-person, where the trainees gathered at the Syrian Future Movement office in A‘zaz, northern Aleppo, and learned the following skills:
Training Topics:
- The concept of communication.
- Communicating with healthy children.
- Communicating with a group of children.
- Communicating with children with special needs.
- Coding cases of children.
☆ The training evolved to enable trainees to distinguish between types of questions posed to children (open, closed, and directed).
The training concluded at the end of the fifth day after conducting a final test, where the trainees distinguished between the types of questions and demonstrated their ability to communicate with children with special needs.
