- Syrians must agree on a well-defined
political system that does not allow for
misinterpretation, ensuring that the mistakes
of the present are not repeated for future
generations, thus protecting them from
political upheavals and their consequences. - We emphasize the importance of activating
the role of state institutions in a transparent
legal bureaucratic manner, without allowing
the encroachment of authority by an
individual, a group, or a party. - We stress the activation of sovereign
political positions (other than the
presidency), making them efective in such a
way that power is distributed among them to
achieve balance and prevent the
monopolization of power. - We aim for the position of Prime Minister to
be active, influential, and central, not merely
ceremonial. In this context, we propose the
title and role of “Advisor to the Government”
for the Prime Minister, who should be
independent and without party afliation.
